A coaching aid
Calm Drive provides informational motion evidence and practice prompts. It does not certify safety, legal compliance, road-test readiness, crash risk or insurance eligibility. It is not a substitute for professional driving instruction or a permitted supervisor.
The road takes priority
Set up before moving, keep the phone rigidly mounted, and use detailed controls or reviews only after parking. Follow traffic law, posted signs and current road conditions. Never drive extra miles, seek difficult conditions or delay a necessary maneuver to earn points or improve an app score.
Evidence has limits
GPS, phone motion, mounting, the vehicle and iOS background behavior affect recorded evidence. A motion event cannot reliably establish why an action occurred. Add context after parking and use the correction controls where appropriate.
Beta availability
Calm Drive is available through a TestFlight beta. Builds, features and testing availability may change. Apple displays current compatibility and installation requirements. No App Store release or availability of a particular build is promised here.
Planned Plus subscription
The intended US production price is $0.99 per month. Paid App Store release is pending. Plus is an auto-renewing monthly subscription charged through your Apple account; the final offer and local price are shown by Apple before purchase. Manage or cancel in Apple subscription settings. Access follows the current entitlement, including Apple refunds or revocations.
Road information
Mapped limits can be missing, incomplete or outdated, including temporary restrictions. Posted signs and your responsibilities as a driver always take priority.
Practice reports
Exports are informational practice records. Calm Drive does not guarantee that a school, licensing authority, insurer or other organization will accept them.
